Join Dino O’Dell for an adventure around the world!

Whether he’s swimming with piranhas in South America, jumping with kangaroos in Australia or exploring King Tut’s tomb in Africa, Dino’s stories and songs are fun for all ages.

All new for 2021-22 — The MTC Kids Jam concert series with free events is specially designed with families in mind! Join us in the MTC lobby at 10 a.m. for arts activities led by the Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art, followed by a 60-minute concert with acclaimed children’s musicians.

Join Dino O’Dell for an adventure around the world! Whether he’s counting monsters, fixing spaceships or swimming in peanut butter, O’Dell’s interactive songs and amazing tall tales engage curiosity, inspire laughter and stir the imagination.

Prior to 2003, O’Dell was an elementary music and drama teacher by day and a folk/rock/reggae musician by night. With nearly two decades of experience as a family entertainer, his live shows and studio recordings reflect both his time as an educator and as a performer.

He’s a master at tricking kids into learning! By using anything from a counting song to fill-in-the-blank lyric writing to a sing-along, his stories and music tap into an audience’s innate desire to comprehend, communicate and connect.
